Welcome to the Galactic Shaman! My Story: My name is Jeff Snipes and in 1997, I had a profound experience of global, galactic, and universal oneness. That led to a perception of myself on a global, galactic and universal basis, as part of a "holistic self." That led to a recognition of global, galactic, and universal conditions as conditions of myself. These realizations led me to a sense of real innate responsibility for the overall conditions of the world (and subsequently the universe.) I was inspired by a desire to take positive actions as part of a peaceful movement to benefit the whole of the "holistic self" on a global, galactic, and universal level simultaneously. Having experienced this realization I discovered a greater ability to see how I can help myself and others endeavoring to create positive peaceful actions. At the time I was attending college, learning about the issues surrounding private land use rights and environmental protection. I saw an inherent need for mutuality or agreement and an infrastructure of support for those working to positively affect the holistic self. Environmental Mutuality So I coined and copyrighted the term Environmental Mutuality. This term represents the unification of business minded individuals, environmental activists, and technological optimists in a mutual effort to restore damaged ecosystems, save endangered species, and create a sustainable world during the twenty first century. I started a t-shirt business to get the word out about Environmental Mutuality and I was so passionate about my new intellectual creation that I practically gave away most of the T-shirts and unfortunately the t-shirt business only lasted 1 print. The next thing I did was to create a newsletter for The Environmental Movement. This was created in efforts to build an infrastructure of support for the movement while simultaneously bridging the gaps between
so as to inform, strengthen, and sustain the force of good working individually and collectively to positively affect the conditions of the holistic self on a global, galactic, and universal level. The Environmental Movement Since July of 2002, over 1280 emails pertaining to action alerts from over 40 environmental nonprofit organizations have been sent out to members of the newsletter for The Environmental Movement. Our membership consists of
The Environmental Movement group at Yahoo Groups is still active and can be joined by visiting the link and signing up with yahoo. During the time I have been operating The Environmental Movement newsletter, I have also worked as a canvasser and raised over $30,000 combined going door to door, talking with people in the streets, and calling people on the phone for the following groups. In addition to all of this, I was also the office manager for the Environmental Volunteers, and I personally have volunteered with a number of environmental nonprofit organizations including but not limited to
Saving the Rainforests of Planet Earth In August of 2004, I created and hosted an ongoing event called "Saving The Rainforests of Planet Earth" and in attendence were representatives from the Rainforest Action Network, The Pachamama Alliance, and " Jungle Julia" Stege (author of Sustainable Activism) representing Amazon Herb Company. Even though I had an unbelievable amount of passion and energy, I still could not sustain myself with just doing what I love which as I hope you can tell by now is environmental activism, so I had to work in sales for a variety of for profit companies in order to be able to make my way and stay involved and active in the environmental movement. I was and still am dedicated to making a positive difference and creating a real infrastructure of support for the environmental movement and I was so upset about not being able to make a living doing environmental work full time that I decided to start my own nonprofit organization and so I did and it is called www.theenvironmentalmovement.org and is still to this day a work in progress, but the good news is that I have now found the fuel I need to sustain my mission which simply stated is to restore damaged ecosystems, save endangered species, and create a sustainable world. The Amazon Herb Company I was introduced to Amazon Herbs , Amazon Herb Company and CEO "Amazon John" Easterling through Jungle Julia Stege's Sustainable Activism article posted at craigslist.org. When I learned more about the company, the mission, and the herbs themselves, I decided to walk The Forest Path and build my own home based business while saving the rainforest. A true Galactic Shaman enterprise!Amazon Herbs provide me with the fuel I need to sustain myself and the Amazon Herb Company provides me with the fuel I need to sustain my mission. As Jungle Julia says, it is a sustainable activism for me ... and perhaps for you too. I love the way I feel with the herbs in the Rainforest Health Pak, and purchasing this pack every month qualifies me to earn bonuses for referring others to walk the forest path with me. I love knowing that each $21 purchase of Amazon Herb Products helps Amazon Herb Company to preserve 5 square meters of virgin rainforest. So far, The Amazon Herb Company has partnered with indigenous communities to preserve over 300,000 acres of Amazonian Rainforest. Amazon Herb Company Mission Statement: "Amazon Herb Company's mission is to supply consumers with herbs and herbal extracts from the Rainforest of the Amazon Basin while simultaneously promoting and supporting the preservation of the flora and fauna of the Rainforest. Amazon Herb Company works directly with a number of indigenous communities to ecologically harvest sustainable resources. In addition, as an environmentally responsible company, Amazon Herb Company commits 10% of its net profits to be returned to the Rainforest to help protect and preserve the Rainforest and the indigenous people of the Amazon River Basin." "Jungle Julia," "Amazon John" the founder of Amazon Herb Company, and the Galactic Shaman all recognize that the true treasures of the Amazon Rainforest are the pristine wild crafted Herbs that the Amazon Herb Company and their Indigenous Partners harvest from the virgin soil of the Tropical and subtropical moist broadleaf forests of the Amazon Rainforest in an environmentally sustainable manner. The Amazon Herb Company works in a healthy and supportive partnership with indigenous people like the Shipibo People of Peru. The Amazon Herb Company was founded in 1990 by John Easterling, who remains president and CEO today. The product line was originally developed and marketed to health care practitioners exclusively, however the products were re-formulated in 1992 for ease of use and released to consumers through a Network Marketing division, Rainforest Bio-Energetics. The Company is now primarily focused on Network Marketing, with the health care practitioners using the same formulations as the consumers. Amazon John's Story:
